We are extending our hours for the rest of the year

You may have noticed that we are actively seeking to expand our community of volunteers, particularly those willing to lend an ear during the late hours. This is because our vision is to evolve into a 24-hour support service. We are now poised to take a significant stride towards that goal.

Following a successful summer trial period, we are pleased to say that we have the resources to extend the trial until the end of December 2024. With immediate effect, callers can contact us via our FREEPHONE number, 900 525 100, up to midnight every day. While we are currently committing to a service extension until the end of the year, we still hope to make it a permanent change for 2025.
