Justabar in L’Albir made sure that it was a very Good Friday for Samaritans in Spain as they raised the magnificent sum of 751€ on our behalf. Tracey and Ritchie very kindly organised an Easter Raffle and spent several weeks leading up to the draw selling tickets – clearly they were very good at it!
One of our Trustees, Les Holloway, and local listener, Sian Miller, were on hand to help with the ticket folding and attend the draw. Sian was also lucky enough to win one of the delicious prizes that had been donated.
Samaritans in Spain would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who participated and to Tracey and Ritchie for organising. This money will allow us to continue to help others and every cent will be put to very good use.
